To quickly place an appraisal request - click the "Order an Appraisal" button located above; then fill out the INFO and submit.  Your request is instantly sent to us via e-mail and via fax.

Also available, (and recommended), is for you to click the "Client Login" button and set up your own "account".  This is very quick; only done once and fills in many of the fields of the single request.  It also gives you the status of ALL of the appraisal requests that you have outstanding.

Kipper Appraisals has been appraising residential properties in Maryland for 13 years.  With 10 appraisers on staff, we cover Baltimore City, Baltimore, Harford,  Cecil, Howard, Carroll and Anne Arundel Counties.
